Founded in 1992 by Jim Carroll, Queen City Construction Inc. has been delivering high-quality projects across Cincinnati for over 30 years. During that time we’ve built strong relationships with our trusted designers, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring every project is executed with precision and care.

At QCC, we believe in a team-driven approach, where every partner shares the same commitment to excellence. In 2024, Jim’s son, Reilly Carroll, joined the company, continuing our legacy of craftsmanship and dedication to transforming spaces.

Jim Carroll, Owner and President

A Cincinnati native, Jim Carroll grew up in the City of Wyoming and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an accounting degree. Following an early career layoff, he began contracting and took on projects for Hamilton County Parks, building a reputation for quality and reliability.

In 1992, he officially founded Queen City Construction Inc., growing it into a leader in high-end residential construction. Jim values strong relationships with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure every project’s success.

Outside of work, he enjoys boating, snowboarding, home projects at his kids’ houses (sometimes), and spending time with family.

Reilly Carroll, Associate

Reilly grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Real Estate. Upon graduating Reilly worked in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development until joining Queen City Construction Inc. in September of 2024. Growing up around construction and visiting his father on job sites over the years instilled a passion for building in Reilly.

Outside of work, Reilly can be found duck hunting, running his two bird dogs (Maple & Raine), and spending time with his family.
